We’re a small, product-led womenswear label based in Newcastle, growing quickly as we build out proper roles for the first time. We design refined, feminine pieces in small runs, with a focus on fabric, fit, and longevity. Everyone who joins has real room to grow with us.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Warehouse & Fulfilment Coordinator owns how Olga Joan’s stock moves, from the moment it arrives to the moment an order goes out the door. It’s a hands-on, autonomous role, with support from casual fulfilment team members when volume calls for it, and real room to grow as the business does.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Own fulfilment and stock day to day, hands-on, with support from casual fulfilment team members when volume calls for it

Receive, check, and organise incoming stock; pick, pack, and fulfil orders as a core part of the role

Maintain warehouse storage and general upkeep

Oversee stock accuracy and systems, including regular stocktakes, and liaise with production on incoming stock timing and reporting on supplier accuracy.

Coordinate rostering and scheduling for fulfilment support, and act as the day-to-day point of contact for fulfilment questions

Resolve escalated shipping and courier issues

Logistics & direct supplier comms about incoming stock

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience in warehouse, fulfilment, or stock-based roles

Comfortable with physical, hands-on work, including lifting and moving stock

Confident coordinating schedules and workflow for others

Highly organised and confident with stock systems and numbers

Comfortable working autonomously, with the potential to grow as the business grows
