LOCAL PICKUP RETURNS
We want you to love what you've ordered. If something isn't quite right, we accept returns on local pickup orders within 21 days of your order being fulfilled, subject to the conditions below. Returns are submitted through our online form.
A note from us. Olga Joan is run by a very small team, and every return takes time to process — from inspection and steaming to folding, packing, and restocking. We also try to encourage slower, more thoughtful purchasing where we can. We appreciate your understanding and patience with our process.
LODGE A RETURN
Submit your return request using our Local Pickup Returns Form, including your preferred drop-off time. We'll be in touch to confirm, and once agreed, please bring your item in.
We are available for drop-offs Monday to Friday, 10am–4pm.
There is no handling fee for local pickup returns. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing once we receive your item. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
RETURN OUTCOMES
Local pickup returns are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
All items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and carefully packaged. Please return garments folded neatly and placed back into their protective polybag (or similar). If items are returned without sufficient care (e.g. crumpled, damaged packaging, missing labels, or requiring additional handling), a 5% restocking fee will apply to cover the extra processing required.
SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Sale items are eligible for a store credit only. Refunds and exchanges are not available on sale items.
Items purchased during promotional sale events (such as our Annual Sale) are final sale and not eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange. These pieces are offered at significantly reduced prices and we're unable to support returns during these periods.
Items purchased with a discount code (excluding marked-down sale items) are not considered sale items and follow our standard return policy. Store credit is issued based on the amount paid, not the original full price.
EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges on full-price and sale items, limited to size or colour changes within the same style. All exchanges must be for items of equal value — no price differences can be applied.
Exchanges are limited to 2 per order. Once the limit of 2 exchanges has been reached, all exchange options will be unavailable.
STORE CREDIT
Store credit is issued as a gift card in AUD with no expiry date.
