Ownership and risk in the goods pass to the customer upon dispatch. While we’ll always do our best to assist you if an issue arises, customers are responsible for contacting their selected shipping provider for delivery-related issues.

International customers:

For customers in the United States, Canada and United Kingdom, all import duties and taxes are included in our prices.

Other international destinations:

These costs are not included in our prices and must be paid directly to your local customs authority. We are unable to offer refunds or cancellations if you choose not to pay duties and taxes once your order has been dispatched. If a parcel is refused, any return costs and fees will be deducted from your refund.

Parcels that are returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, being uncollected, or not cleared through customs will be processed as store credit only. A 5% restocking fee will apply, and any original shipping charges paid will be deducted from your credit.

If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost paid by Olga Joan will be deducted from your credit. If any additional shipping fees are incurred during the return, these will also be deducted from your credit.

We encourage customers to carefully check their shipping details at checkout and to monitor tracking updates, particularly for international orders that may require customs payments.

As a small business, we’re unable to absorb the costs associated with re-processing Return to Sender parcels.

Selected styles are occasionally available for pre-order. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready.
