The festive season is here! To help you plan your holiday shopping with Olga Joan, we’ve outlined key dates and updates below.

• CHRISTMAS CUT-OFF DATES

• HOLIDAY RETURNS

   

  We’ve extended our return window to make holiday shopping stress-free. Purchases made from December 1st can be returned until January 10th.

• HOLIDAY DISPATCH DELAY

   

  Please note, there will be a delay for orders placed between December 23rd and January 6th. However, all orders during this time will receive a complimentary upgrade to express shipping.

SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

• CURRENCY, TAXES AND DUTY

  All payments are processed in Australian Dollars. For domestic orders, prices include GST.

  International orders may incur duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs website for any potential charges.
  
  

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns for both full-price and sale items within 14 days of receipt, should you wish to return your purchase for any reason.

• RETURNS POLICY

  Please email hello@olgajoan.co to arrange a return or exchange. 
  
  We offer store credit at 110% of your order value, with no expiry date. If you would like to opt for store credit, please request it in your return email.

  Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  
  We recommend returning items via a traceable service. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

  Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once complete.
