Your request will be approved automatically and you will receive instructions on how to return your item. Return shipping is at your own expense and no handling fee is charged.

For quality or order issues, select the relevant reason and upload a few clear photos of the item. These requests are reviewed manually, and once approved we'll send through a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Please keep your tracking details — we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing once we receive your return. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Full-price orders are eligible for a refund or store credit. No prepaid label is provided — return shipping is at your own expense. No handling fee is charged.

We recommend choosing a local economy tracked service for the most competitive price — we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. We strongly recommend checking return shipping rates before placing your order.

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please use our withdrawal form before contacting us about a return. You will receive a confirmation email with next steps.

Once your withdrawal is confirmed, please use our returns portal to complete your return and arrange postage.

You have the option to declare your withdrawal electronically via the withdrawal button provided in our online shop. The electronic withdrawal follows a legally prescribed two-step procedure. After initiating the withdrawal, you will be asked to enter the required information and confirm your declaration. You will then receive confirmation on a durable medium.

All items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and carefully packaged. Please return garments folded neatly and placed back into their protective polybag (or similar). If items are returned without sufficient care (e.g. crumpled, damaged packaging, missing labels, or requiring additional handling), a 5% restocking fee may be deducted to cover the extra processing required.

Sale items are eligible for store credit. Refunds and exchanges are not available on international sale orders.

Items purchased during promotional sale events (such as our Annual Sale) are final sale and not eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange. These pieces are offered at significantly reduced prices and we're unable to support returns during these periods.

Items purchased with a discount code (excluding marked-down sale items) are not considered sale items and follow our standard return policy. Store credit and refunds are issued based on the amount paid, not the original full price.

Store credit is issued as a gift card in AUD with no expiry date. The value in your local currency may vary slightly based on exchange rates at the time of redemption.

If you purchase multiple sizes of the same style in a single order to find your best fit, you're welcome to return the unworn size for a full refund. If items are returned without sufficient care, a 5% restocking fee will also apply. This applies only to duplicate sizes of the same style purchased in the same transaction.

Selected styles are occasionally available for pre-order. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready. If you'd prefer the available item sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
