No coverage purchased: the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund or store credit as part of the handling fee.

For quality or order issues, select the relevant reason and upload a few clear photos. Once approved, we'll send a prepaid label at no cost to you.

Please keep your tracking details — we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing once we receive your return.

When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free.

If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

Full-price orders are eligible for a refund or store credit (exchanges are not available). If you purchased Free Returns Coverage, no handling fee applies. Otherwise, handling fees are calculated based on the cost of your return shipping label and deducted at time of processing. Store credit is issued as a gift card in AUD with no expiry date.

All items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and carefully packaged. Please return garments folded neatly and placed back into their protective polybag (or similar). If items are returned without sufficient care (e.g. crumpled, damaged packaging, missing labels, or requiring additional handling), a 5% restocking fee will apply to cover the extra processing required.

Archive sale items are eligible for store credit only. Refunds and exchanges are not available on North American sale orders.

Sale conditions will apply to Items purchased during promotional sale events (such as our Annual Sale).

Items purchased with a discount code (excluding marked-down sale items) are not considered sale items and follow our standard return policy. Store credit and refunds are issued based on the amount paid, not the original full price.

Store credit is issued as a gift card with no expiry date. The value in your local currency may vary slightly based on exchange rates at the time of redemption.

Selected styles are occasionally available for pre-order. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready. If you'd prefer the available item sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
