RETURNS AUSTRALIA

We want you to love what you've ordered. If something isn't quite right, we accept returns within 21 days of your order being fulfilled, subject to the conditions below. Returns are processed through our online returns portal. A note from us. Olga Joan is run by a very small team, and every return takes time to process — from inspection and steaming to folding, packing, and restocking. We also try to encourage slower, more thoughtful purchasing where we can. We appreciate your understanding and patience with our process.

LODGE A RETURN

Submit your return request at olgajoan.co/apps/returns with your order details.

For quality or order issues, select the relevant reason and upload a few clear photos of the item. Once we've reviewed your photos and approved your request, we'll send through a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

For all other returns, a prepaid Australia Post return label will be provided once your request is approved. Please note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund, exchange, or store credit as part of the handling fee.

Please keep your tracking details once your label has been used, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing once we receive your return. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

RETURN OUTCOMES

Full-price Australian orders are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Refund: AUD $15

Exchange or store credit: AUD $10

Handling fees will be deducted at the time of processing.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

All items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and carefully packaged. Please return garments folded neatly and placed back into their protective polybag (or similar). If items are returned without sufficient care (e.g. crumpled, damaged packaging, missing labels, or requiring additional handling), a 5% restocking fee will apply to cover the extra processing required.

SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Sale items are eligible for a store credit only. Refunds and Exchanges are not available on sale items.

Items purchased during promotional sale events (such as our Annual Sale) are final sale and not eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange. These pieces are offered at significantly reduced prices and we're unable to support returns during these periods.

Items purchased with a discount code (excluding marked-down sale items) are not considered sale items and follow our standard return policy. Store credit and refunds are issued based on the amount paid, not the original full price.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges on full-price and sale items for Australian orders, limited to size or colour changes within the same style. All exchanges must be for items of equal value — no price differences can be applied.

Exchanges are limited to 2 per order. The standard handling fee applies to each exchange. Once the limit of 2 exchanges has been reached, all exchange options will be unavailable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping (paid via the returns portal); we'll cover the cost of sending out the replacement via standard shipping.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit is issued as a gift card in AUD with no expiry date.

MULTI-SIZE PURCHASES

If you purchase multiple sizes of the same style in a single order to find your best fit, you're welcome to return the unworn size for a full refund, minus the cost of the handling fee. This applies only to duplicate sizes of the same style purchased in the same transaction.

PRE-ORDERS

Selected styles are occasionally available for pre-order. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready. If you'd prefer the available item sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
