    Machine wash cold with like colours, using a gentle cycle.
    Avoid fabric softener, as it can break down the elastane over time and reduce stretch recovery.
    Tumble dry low or line dry. Avoid high heat, which can weaken the elastane fibres.
    Cool iron if needed, steam ironing preferred.
