Garment Presentation
Ensure all garments are steamed before shooting to maintain a polished look.

Original Video Content
All video content supplied must be original and edited by you.
Please ensure it hasn’t been used on your socials before sharing with us. If you plan to post the content yourself, we ask that you either:
- Capture additional footage for that purpose, or
- Wait until we’ve shared it first.

Content Usage & Rights
By working together, you grant Olga Joan permission to share your content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, TikTok Notes, and Pinterest.
Content may also be repurposed for email marketing and website use.

Creative Direction
Content should align with the Olga Joan aesthetic, as seen on our socials.
A moodboard and direction can be provided upon request.

Ad Usage (If Applicable)
If ad usage is agreed upon, Olga Joan reserves the right to run paid advertisements featuring the content for the agreed duration.

Approval & Edits
If edits or reshoots are required due to misalignment with the agreed aesthetic or quality standards, Olga Joan may request adjustments.
Any re-shoot fees must be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Content Delivery
All final content must be shared via an online platform such as WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox to ensure the highest quality files are received.
Please avoid sending content via Instagram DMs or email attachments, as these can compress quality. Please send all final content to hello@olgajoan.co (not .com).

Timelines & Deliverables
Content should be submitted by the agreed deadline.
Deliverables must include the agreed number of images and videos.
